Mexico joined to the #GED16

Amid an atmosphere of camaraderie exhibition organizers and providers of various services and products involved in the productive chain of the industry, gathered this June 8 at the World Trade Center in Mexico City to celebrate its day, the Global Exhibitions day (#GED16). 

Mexico joined to this celebration as well as other 60 countries around the world in order to create awareness about the exhibitions industry. Then the Mexican exhibition’s community programmed a lot of activities and meetings to raise their voices with one purpose: to encourage the growth of the industry.

This initiative was proposed and promoted by UFI (Global Association of the Exhibition Industry), finally it materialized on June 8^th. In that sense AMPROFEC organized this event in Mexico in conjunction with international associations IAEE, UFI, SISO and of course, the #GED16 in the capital.

Thus, Mexico through several developed simultaneous events in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey and Merida to join to the great celebration of exhibitions.
