Mexico, main country to held exhibitions in Latin America

With a $ 50 million investment, the British company United Bussines Media (UBM) Mexico Chapter will strengthen its presence in this country within the exhibition industry, organizing more than 10 premier events with attendance of over 100,000 visitors.
Among the most outstanding fairs are ABASTUR, Expo Cihac, Concrete Show, Advanced Manufacturing México, Pizza Show México, plus Expo Cihac Occidente, taking place from 8 to 10 of March at Expo Guadalajara, one of the biggest venues in the country. Also it will feature the arrival of this great event “Black Hat”, which is organized in 18 countries, highlighting San Francisco in the United Stastes; Europe and Asia, and now will be held in Mexico next year.
This was announced by Jaime Salazar Figueroa, CEO of UBM Mexico, who also will be doing a balance regarding the British company’s growth in the country, where it has invested more than $ 50 million acquiring the most relevant exhibitions in several sectors, so the growth of the company exceeds the 20%, situation that places it as the number one in the exhibition field.
Also he said that UBM will be operating 17 international events adding the 10 trade fairs that will be brought to Mexico and those already organized by them, covering the sectors of hospitality, construction, technology and general services, events that will be organized in Mexico, collaborating this way in the increase of its sales for at least 16% during 2016.
